Gloria is a sophomore at Texas Christian University (TCU), pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Gloria was born in Managua, Nicaragua, and was raised there her whole life until she moved to Fort Worth, Texas to pursue an undergraduate degree. Gloria graduated from the American Nicaraguan School, where she completed primary and secondary school. There, she was a member of the debate club, member of the journalism team, member of the National Honors Society, and president of the Student Government.

At TCU, Gloria is a member of the John V. Roach Honors College, the Economics Club, and the Mathematics Club. She also volunteers with the Honors College Community Service organization (HCCS). Gloria is also a Human Resources In-Campus Intern, where she collaborates with TCU’s HR team to ensure compliance with the university’s employment laws. After completing her studies, she hopes to combine her passion for economics and data analysis to support sustainable and inclusive economic development in emerging economies.
