Frederick (Fred) Pond retired after a 42-year career in the professional tools business of Emerson Electric, including serving as president of the Ridge Tool (RIDGID) Company for 19 years, and ultimately as Chairman of Professional Tools Group. His background includes broad international experience, for profit and non-profit outside Board of Director tenures, and community roles in Health Care and Education. He is a graduate of Phillips University and Balwin Wallace University as well as a USCG veteran. Fred and his wife Georgia reside in Lagrange, Ohio.
