Daniel Stewart is an entering student at Eureka College, where he is studying history and secondary education. An Eagle Scout and longtime member of Scouting America, Daniel has developed a strong commitment to leadership, service, and mentorship through years of involvement in youth programs and community engagement.

Throughout his scouting experience, Daniel has held numerous leadership roles, including directing a first-year Scout program that served more than 100 campers. He is known for his adaptability, collaborative spirit, and ability to create welcoming environments where others can learn and grow. Academically, Daniel enjoys research, storytelling, and exploring diverse perspectives with curiosity and intellectual rigor.

Daniel believes leadership is rooted in responsibility and relationships rather than recognition. As he explains, "Leadership is not about power, but about responsibility and connection." Through education and service, he hopes to help young people think ethically, engage history critically, and develop the skills needed to lead with integrity and purpose.
