Phillips University Legacy Foundation offers a renewable, merit-based graduate Seminary Scholarship for graduate students who are pursuing a masters degree, are committed to pastoral ministry in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), and will attend one of the following Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) affiliated theological institutions:

The Graduate Legacy Scholar Scholarship honors the legacy of Phillips University by developing leaders who will transform the world through service in ministry within the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ).

 Annual merit-based scholarships of up to $4000 are awarded annually and can be renewed in the following years. The scholarship can be applied to tuition, books, room and board, and similar educational expenses. Applicants must enroll full-time for the academic year at a theological institution related to the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), have attained an undergraduate degree from an accredited institution with a GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, and show promise for transformative service to the church and community. 

Applications for the 2024-2025 academic year are available on a rolling basis beginning in Febuuary 2024, and scholarships will be awarded until all funds have been distributed.
