Long, M.D., Larry L1960

D.O.D 11/13/2013 -
Larry L. Long, M.D., beloved and devoted husband, father, grandfather, physician and friend went to be with his Heavenly Father on November 30, 2013.

Larry was born to Clyde and Helen Long, June 13, 1937. He grew up in Ames, Oklahoma, graduated from Phillips University in Enid prior to attending medical school at OU College of Medicine. Upon receiving his medical degree and completing his residency in General Surgery he went into the US Navy as a naval physician. Larry practiced in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for 25 years prior to moving to Ardmore, Oklahoma where he practiced General Surgery, then served as Medical Director of Mercy Hospital Ardmore Wound Care Center and retired in June of 2011.
