D.O.D 08/01/2012 - Service for Oliver Kennett Ball is 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, 2012, at First Christian Church, Ada. Arrangements by Criswell Funeral Home, Ada. Kennett was born in Hennessey to Oliver Cedric and Hazel Kennett Ball. He graduated from Enid High School in 1941, Phillips University in 1949, and in 1952, received a BS degree in physical therapy from Washington University in St. Louis, Mo. Kennett married Georgia Maypole Nov. 8, 1946, in Wichita, Kan. She preceded him in death on May 22, 2012. Mr. Ball was a registered physical therapist for over 36 years. Survivors include a daughter, Suzanne Le and husband Hoang Le; two granddaughters; sister, Shirley Hajek and husband Al, Enid; sister-in-law, Nadine Rexroat, Enid; and other relatives and friends. | |
