D.O.D 08/05/2012 - Faye Frantz Liken, 98, daughter of Walter Petty Frantz and EthelFay (Moore) Frantz, and beloved wife of Robert L. Liken, passed away peacefully on August 5, 2012, at Quarryville, Pennsylvania. Faye was born in San Antonio, Texas, on July 19, 1914, but grew up in Enid and attended Phillips University. Her uncle, Frank Frantz, was the last territorial governor of Oklahoma. | |
