D.O.D 03/30/2012 - Connie Franklin was born January 22, 1930, in Enid to Julian P. Foulks and Raye Matheson. Connie grew up in Enid, where she attended and graduated from Enid High School. She attended Oklahoma A&M and graduated with a B.S. from Phillips University in 1968. Connie married Jessie Franklin November 1, 1948, in Enid, and he passed away November 9, 2004. Connie worked for CDSA as an administration assistant, retiring in 1994. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was an ardent fan of the Oklahoma State Cowboys, and loved her French bulldog, Duke. Connie had four children: Lee Davies, Greg (Susan) Franklin, MD, Suzanne (Jack) Hall, and Jeff Franklin. She died March 30, 2012. | |
