D.O.D 03/2012 - ENID — Funeral service for Marilyn Humphrey, 80, will be 10 a.m. Monday, March 5, 2012
Marilyn was born Sept. 26, 1931, and passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2012. She was the only child of Harold (Tubby) Cross and Carolyn (Radtke) Cross of Jet, Okla.
After her high school graduation, she moved to Enid, where she attended Phillips University and Enid Business College. During her time in school she decided to go to work for J.C. Humphrey in his abstract office. There, she soon crossed paths with Jim and Nita’s youngest son, Bill. They were married Nov. 2, 1956, and continued the blessing of each other till Dad passed away June 5, 1999.
Marilyn is survived by two sons, Todd and wife Cindy and Monte and wife Laura, all of Enid; grandchildren, Madden and Morgan Humphrey and the twins, Bill and James Humphrey; also grandchildren, Ashley Good and Derek, Grant and Jacob Ogle; and great-grandsons, Cameron and Roman.
