Phillips University Legacy Scholar Program - Scholar Spotlight

Ms. Shannon N. Chambers

Texas Christian University

Academic Coordinator for Upward Bound Program

The PULF Scholarship came to mean family to me over the course of my time as a scholar at TCU. The love for Phillips was evident with every alumnus I met. They took pride in passing on their wisdom and insuring that every scholar felt like a part of the Phillips family. These individuals were there to support me in my hopes and dreams and helped me develop into a better person both spiritually and emotionally. This program gave me the tools to be a better leader and many of the lessons I learned through the program I now utilize in my daily life. I am proud to be part of the Phillips family.
